Information you choose to send
The inquiry form asks for your name, business name, town, email address, and a description of the work you would like to improve. JiL uses that information to review and respond to your inquiry.
The optional discovery questions run in your browser. If you choose “Talk through my answers,” your answers are placed in the inquiry text so you can review, change, or remove them before sending.
Storage and website operation
Submitted inquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database. Inquiry details are also sent through Resend by email to JiL so Stephen can review and respond. This includes the contact details and message you submit. If campaign tags are present in the page address, they are included with the inquiry to help JiL understand which campaign brought it.
The inquiry endpoint uses a temporary hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. The inquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may process network information as part of operating the website.
Cookies, analytics, and sharing
This website does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. JiL does not sell the information submitted through this form. Website hosting and email delivery providers process the data needed to operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications.
Questions about an inquiry
For questions about your inquiry, or to ask for correction or deletion of information you submitted, email stephen.tanzer@jilsalesandmarketing.com.
Please do not submit private customer, employee, financial, health, or account records through this form.
